Registration Requirements

Al Noor International School welcomes new students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. To ensure a smooth and transparent admissions process, please follow these steps:

Admissions Process

Age Requirements
  • Students must meet the age requirement for their grade level.
  • Exceptions may be made for students one year older or younger than the required age in special cases.
  • Kindergarten enrollment is encouraged for students of legal age at the start of the school year.
  • Students not meeting the Ministry of Education’s age requirement for Grade 1 will not be admitted.
Academic Eligibility
  • New students undergo an interview with the Academic Supervisors.
  • Admission tests may be required to determine academic eligibility.
Registration & Payment
  • Upon acceptance, a non-refundable registration fee must be paid to secure admission.
  • Tuition fees and books must be paid before the start of the semester.
  • Students must submit their Admission Slip to their section supervisor at the beginning of each semester.
Attendance Policy
  • Students absent for 40 consecutive days without prior notice may have their enrollment cancelled.

Required Documents for Admissions

Part 1: Identification Documents (for New Admissions)

Submit the following:​

    • Father’s passport copy
    • Mother’s passport copy
    • Student’s passport copy
    • Father’s valid Iqama (ID) copy
    • Student’s valid Iqama (ID) copy
    • Birth certificate
    • Vaccination card
    • Father’s employment certificate
    • Two recent 4×6 colored photos
Part 2: Additional Documents (for Transferring Students)

Domestic Transfers:​

    • All documents listed above plus:
    • Original authenticated report cards from previous schools
    • Financial clearance
    • Ministry of Education approval if transferring within Riyadh

International Transfers:​

    • All documents listed above plus:
    • Original report card authenticated by Saudi Embassy in the student’s home country.
    • If report cards are not in English, they must be officially translated by an approved agency in Riyadh.
